Study On Food Safety Control Behavior Of Family Farm

The implementation of China's rural household contract responsibility system,promote the close ties between farmers and the land,greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of farmers.At this stage,with the continuous development of China's social economy and urbanization,small-scale,decentralized business model has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern agriculture in china.In order to keep up with the requirements of agricultural production and improve the economic benefits of agriculture in the new stage,China has put forward the goal of developing a new type of agricultural management subject,which is intensive and large-scale.Based on the advanced experience of agricultural development in developed countries,it is the most reliable and efficient way to produce and manage the family members.As a new type of agricultural production and management main body,family farms not only meet the needs of agricultural production and operation,but also meet the needs of modern agricultural management scale,industrialization and marketization.This paper from the perspective of family farms to ensure food safety control behavior based on the first of the food quality and safety,the concept of the family farm and the family farm production behavior of the three concepts are described,according to the "product quality law" and "good agricultural practices" of the family farm food safety control behavior normative requirements analysis.Secondly,the statistics and analysis of data on the family farm security status of food safety control behavior shows that most of the family farm production and production safety of the cognitive behavior,and will take the initiative to understand the relevant policies,the current training,improve the understanding;but for the relevant operational procedures for standard family farms for employees and basic training it is not paid enough attention.Again,according to the survey data of family farm food safety production behavior,using ML-Binary Probit model to measure the factors affecting family farm food safety control,the results of the study show that cultural level,farm size,engaged in agricultural production time has a positive effect in different degree of significant food safety control behavior of family farm security.The author in the holiday District of Dingcheng city of Hunan province Changde family farm in Dingcheng district to conduct in-depth research,Xie Jia Pu Zhen family farm as a typical case to bee organic farms and prosperous Park Farm as a case,the analysis results were verified,the results show that the Xie Jiapu family farm mostly tallies with the result of analysis.Finally,according to the analysis results,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the food safety control behavior of family farms.
