Research On Innovative Training Mechanism Of Agricultural Science-technological Talents Under The Background Of New Countryside

In the proposal for the 11th five-year plan concerning the country economy and social development passed by the 5th session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the goal of building a new socialist countryside was given out,this is the new background of constructing a new agricultural science-technological talents team.under the new situation, how to meeting the talent demand of new countrysidy, innovating new talents training mechanism, shaping a huge and reasonable and high quality team is becoming a important topic.At present,great achievements have gained in the talent training,but many problems still exist, such as the training goal,training model,talent quality,the inspection systym and so on,these problems are caused by many reasons.many new requirements of talent training have been given out in the new countryside construction,such as the role of the government,enriching the talent quantity,promoting the talent quality and so on.Consequently, to innovate talent training mechanism ,we can set up from the following aspects.firstly,we should demands more closely connection between the factors of training mechanism,more cooperative actions between the aspects of talent training,better environment of training talent. We should set up double—win action mechanism, more efficient and orderly proceeding mechanism and sustainable ensurance mechanism.
