A Research On The Measurement Of Agricultural University Serving The Construction Of New Countryside

New countryside construction needs the lead and support of science and technology, the development of modern agriculture in the new countryside construction is inseparable from the agricultural science and technology innovation and promotion. Agricultural colleges and universities are the source of the output of agricultural science and technology, which have unparalleled advantages that other non-agricultural institutions do not have in the aspects of agricultural science and technology innovation, promotion of agricultural science and technology achievements, agricultural science and technology talent cultivation and training of farmers. To study and solve the problems of agricultural colleges serving new countryside construction produce characters and advantages to promote the economic development of agriculture, and it is significant to achieve the goal of a new socialist countryside construction.This paper tries to solve the problem that is to identify the problems faced by agricultural colleges in the serving new countryside constructions, and put forward the countermeasures, so as to provide valuable suggestions to improve the services of agricultural colleges to new countryside constructions.This paper analyzes economic and social development in countryside areas in the background of the comprehensive and in-depth constructions of a new socialist countryside, especially the requirements of agricultural colleges in the context of modern agricultural development. It also explores that how to adapt to the situation to establish the basic functions and development orientation and thus play its due role in the new countryside construction. This paper analyzes the common practice, typical patterns and the achievements in the agricultural colleges serving new countryside constructions, meanwhile, combined with a survey of the status of the new countryside construction services in the colleges of Jilin province, it points out that currently many problems in serving new countryside constructions are in the present of agricultural colleges, and the suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the new countryside constructions are put forward.
