At present, with the rapid development of logistics, all eyes have been focused on the construction of distribution center. But the planning of distribution center is a very important step before the construction, because the most optimized plan will help to avoid the huge waste that is caused by the revising of the plan after it has been carried out. Therefore, how to choose the most optimized plan in the process of the planning of distribution center has already become a vital topic in logistical system. Multiple-Objective-Comprehensive-Evaluation (MOCE) theory includes several different methods to evaluate, which have different advantages. The efficient and practical characteristics of the theory make more and more personal favor of it.Based on the importance in the optimizing process of the planning of the distribution center and the superiority of MOCE theory, chapter 1 of this thesis puts forward the investigative necessity and the study frame. Basic concept of MOCE theory is introduced in chapter 2, in which Fuzzy-Comprehensive-Evaluation method and Grey theory are highly valued, further more, the advantages, disadvantages and the application fields of each method in the MOCE theory are summarized. And the relative concept of the planning of distribution center is referred in chapter 3. The application of MOCE theory to a project is discussed in chapter 4. First, the background of the project is put forward. Next, set up a set of scientific and optimized evaluation indicator-system and choose a suiTab.le method to evaluation, namely Grey-Fuzzy-Comprehensive-Evaluation (GFCE) method. Finally, set up the evaluation model of the planning of distribution center and realize it via GFCE method. The method is not only proved to be effective and reliable, but also makes a new thinking way for the application of MOCE theory in the logistics field.
