Chain operation comes from cities originally, both theory and practice about it have sufficiently developed in city area, there are many findings on theory and technique of logistic distribution of chain operation facing city. In recent years, the fact that increasing towns consumption demand's stimulation, market competition's upgrade of chain operation facing city and overseas corporations grab Chinese towns market makes a lot of domestic corporations exploit market of chain operation facing main towns one after another. But the theory research on logistic distribution of chain operation facing main towns fully doesn't follow practice demand. So, it makes important theory and realism significance to do research on theory and technique of logistic distribution of chain operation facing main towns. The thesis firstly analyses characteristics of logistic distribution of chain operation facing main towns; after understanding existing logistic loading models and distribution models and their respectively algorithms and deeply analyzing property of elements such as goods, vehicle, distribution center, client, transport network, constraint condition, objective function which constitute the combined optimization problem of logistic loading and distribution of chain operation facing main towns, author confirms that this paper's research problem is vehicle routing problem of multi-distribution center, multi-vehicle-type, unidirectional logistic (delivery) or bidirectional (delivery and pickup) logistic, no time window and soft time window coexistence, closed loop path, then builds the combined optimization mathematic model of logistic loading and distribution basing on unidirectional logistic and bidirectional logistic; aiming at above models, author puts forward two new solution expression methods which are "vehicle+time+client" and "vehicle+client+time" and a new region search strategy which is change element method. Lastly, after designing corresponding evaluation method and particular region search strategy, the paper constructs two tabu search algorithms to solve above models, the experimental results show that the two algorithms are feasible and stable, tabu search I is much better tabu search II; in addition, for future research, the paper designs visualized management system framework of GIS basing on the combined optimization problem of logistic loading and distribution of chain operation facing main towns.
