The Study On Chinese Ancient Democratic Management Thought

Democracy, because of the nature of development, both in the West and the East, the form and process of democracy are not the same, and that is to say there is no uniform standard and patterns. Focusing on the study of Chinese ancient democratic management thought,practice and impact, on the one hand we should refuse the ignorance odd theory which there has never democratic management thought and democratic management means in the history of China, on the other hand we should refuse such a fallacy which the only Western-style democracy used without any change is the truly one. The author remarks on and analyzes specifically the beginning and evaluation of democratic management thought which ranges from the pre-Qin period to modern times, as well as study in detail about the ancient democracy discussing official business system,ancient official system, and imperial examinations system etc which are influenced by the democratic management thought, in order to explore and prove how to improve continuously for the social democracy with Chinese characteristics on the angle of accepting the traditional culture. Appreciating the ancient and modern, seeing through china and outside, we can also form a more stable, more perfect democracy management structure on the basis of adapting to the China society which experienced more roughly.
