Research On Enterprise Mutli Project Evaluation Index Model

With the globalization of the market and the development of communication technology, Project Management is adopted by more and more enterprises or companies in the world. By the efficient project implementation, the enterprises can make their strategic goals a reality to sustain a competitive advantage in the competitive business environment.Enterprise Project Management is the multi project management. With more and more projects in an enterprise, the management team has to confront these two questions, how to ensure the project consistent with the enterprise's strategic goals and how to organize and manage multi-projects. Many papers or research thesis focused on individual project management skills, but few mentioned about multi-projects management from the whole enterprise's view. It is necessary for the enterprise management to set up an integrated muti-projects management system, which can manage all projects in the enterprise effectively.This article sorted the activities of the enterprise into operation and project, and introduced the conception of the enterprise's projects. Then the conception of program management, project portfolio management and enterprise multi project management was introduced, construction of enterprise multi project management was explained, the organization of enterprise project management was designed and the framework of project management was set up. Afterwards project evaluation index model was established based on index characteristic (quantive and qualitative) using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The indexes include the project finical index,project attribution to the enterprise's strategic goals, the support function to enterprise development, the success possibility of the project executed and the project urgency. Finally, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method was used to evaluate the projects and the examples were showed to explain how to apply the index model to project selection in an enterprise.
