The Research On Project Optimized Portfolio Management In Present-day Construction Enterprise

With the development of Chinese construction industry, some competent manage numbers of projects at the same time. Multi-project management already has become the main part of daily management in the construction enterprises. However, construction enterprises focus on single-project management, and they pay little attention to the multi-project optimized portfolio management. In construction enterprises carrying out will be good at its sustained and healthy development. This paper discusses on problems arising from multi-project management in contemporary construction corporations.In this paper, the method of project portfolio management is used to manage multi-projects in contemporary construction enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the theories of project portfolio management, problems which may occur in the process of multi-project management are proposed in the first place. Then solutions are put forward to the problems that may occur. For the organization conflicts in project portfolio management, the measure is to use the organization form of project management office. For the choice problem of construction project, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. For the limited resources of constructions, the method of construction project time control based on CCPM is issued in the restrict of enterprise resources.Finally, combined with the actual situation of Beijing Branch of China Construction Eighth Engineering Company's Decoration Division, demonstration analysis is carried out. Based on the Decoration Division's strategy, its form to perform the project portfolio management is advised, and to seek projects, then evaluate them to choose the right projects. In the end, we carry out project optimized portfolio management and dynamic management.
