The agricultural domestic support is commonly used in agricultural protection. At the end of the Uruguay Round, the Agreement on Agriculture is finally concluded after being negotiated by the members again and again. The Agreement on Agriculture established the WTO rules of agricultural domestic support. To some extent, the WTO rules of agricultural domestic support play an important role in regulating members'agricultural protection. At present, the research of agricultural domestic support in existence is mainly from economical perspective, rarely from the legal and practical perspective. The thesis will do research on the WTO rules of agricultural domestic support from legal perspective and try to put forward suggestions for the reform of the rules and construe China's strategy in the new round of negotiation.There are four Chapters in the thesis, except the introduction and conclusion.Chapter 1 is about the root and dilemma of agricultural domestic support, the definition of agricultural domestic support and the theoretical basis and practical root, and the dilemma of agricultural domestic support.Chapter 2 is about the interpretation of the WTO rules of agricultural domestic support. The author comprehensively analyzes the WTO rules of agricultural domestic support and makes a theoretical foundation for the analysis of next part.Chapter 3 is about the implementation and existence of the WTO rules of agricultural domestic support and the analysis of the problems existing in the rules.Chapter 4 is about the standpoints of key members in the new round of negotiation and the development of agricultural domestic support in the Doha round, and the suggestions for the reform of the WTO rules of agricultural domestic support and China's strategy in the new round of negotiation.
