Study On Development Of Chinese Agricultural Domestic Support Policy

Because of the weak quality of agriculture and its basic function in the national economy, from the beginning of foundation of China, we have put the agricultural domestic support policy in practice. One side, promoting the agricultural development by supporting, the other side, providing the necessary accumulation and support for national economic industrialization.The paper analyses the development the agricultural domestic support policy from the beginning of foundation of China, on the basis of clarifying the concepts and using foreign experience for reference. According to the main turn of domestic economic development, the paper divides the agricultural domestic support policy into four phases: from 1949 to the end of 7 decades, is the primary phase; from 1978 to 1992, is the adjustive phase; from 1992 to 2001, is the reformational phase; from 2001 to present, is the perfective phase. By cleaning up and describing the policies, respectively concluding the characteristic and development rule of domestic support policies in each phase. Secondly, by evaluating the actual effect, summarizing the conclusion that our agricultural domestic support policy's economic welfare effects is good. Lastly, on the basis of forenamed, this paper brings relative suggests about perfecting agricultural domestic support policies.This paper combines academic, historical and experiential analyses, use the comparative analyse method, and combines quantitative and qualitative analyses to a mass of literatures and data, try to find the generic rule of agricultural domestic support policy development., and wish this basal work can provide the reference for further study.
