Changes In The Process Of Urbanization In The Industrial Area

Through the reform and opening-up over several decades of rapid development, China's major cities have entered a phase of the accelerated process of urbanization. Town level of industrialization and economic strength has a clear upgrade. At the dawn of this new millennium, the "10th Five-Year Plan" period, China's urban development has entered a new stage, the economic focus from quantitative expansion, through structural adjustment to better quality and efficiency of growth period. In this restructuring, as the main force in the urban industrial areas are facing industrial development, science and technology, great management, and other changes. How to deal with new and old industrial areas, such changing in the spatial distribution of urban and industrial planning and design, how to keep up the pace of the past few years is a problem to cause our attentions.In this paper, from the broad architecture, urban, urban planning, urban design point of view, domestic and industrial changes transform analysis and research, this paper summed up the urbanization process and the reasons for changes in industrial areas, changing methods and the development trend of change. Through studying the general theory of urbanization, industrialization and industrial sites and the structure, the theory and practice of the domestic and industrial evolution transformation, aggregated urban form, layout, and other aspects of the landscape, in Wuhan industrial setting.In the time frame, Wuhan industrial development could be divided into three stages. Wuhan changed from a mainly simple handicrafts city to the city of heavy industry, and then to the heavy industrial base of the trilogy comprehensive. Location in space layout, according to four period of the initial state, before reform and opening up, and the current stage of reform and opening up, this paper stated the Industrial District spaces in different time slots. From the urban economic development, urban economics, urban geography and urban planning theory of macro-evolution analyzed the formation of Wuhan Industrial District spaces theoretically, and explored the development trend of Wuhan industrial sites. Meanwhile, this paper analyzed the specific cases in Qiaokou District of Wuhan City in Gutian industrial, study the renovation of the old industrial methods and principles, forecast the development trend of industrial areas, providing an example for other cities.
