Agricultural logistics is one of the important parts in economy activities of China. In order to face the request of building a resources-conserving and environment-friendly society, the application of cycle economy principle in logistics industry is imperative. Now, during the development of agricultural logistics there is a great deal of uneconomical and contaminative factors, which make large quantities of the agricultural products waste in the currency. These wastes not only increase the cost and cut short the profit in the agricultural products supply chain, but also have an effect of the local environment. There are analyzing the development and the research in this paper, the pattern of agricultural products is built on the basis of the principle of cycle economy, ecological economic, ecological ethics and sustainable development. The simulation of the pattern is done in order to prove that the practical application of the pattern can reduce the total cost of the supply chain and also can protect the environment. Then using the SWOT to compare the advantages and disadvantages in the pattern, and the relevant policies are put forward at the end to guarantee the agricultural products cycle logistics can be run effectively. There are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter: the exordium. This part clarifies the research background, purposes and the significance of the paper. The development in the relevant research fields at home and abroad is introduced, and point out the restrictive factors in the develop of agricultural products logistics. The main contents, research method and the technical route are list. The second chapter: The relevant theoretics of the agricultural products cycle logistics. This chapter introduces the principle of cycle economy, ecological economic, ecological ethics and sustainable development as the theoretical basis. Also, it distinguishes the concept of cycle logistics, green logistics and reverse logistics, and raises the concept of agricultural products cycle logistics. The third chapter: The research on the pattern of agricultural products cycle logistics. According to the develop status of the agriculture and economy of China, build the pattern of agricultural cycle logistics. For the agricultural products are make up of organic compounds, the pattern should be different from the industrial products. This chapter aiming at the agricultural raw materials, the waste produced in transport and packing and the kitchen garbage to build the reclaim pattern. From planting process, the reclaim is carried throughout distribution, processing, sale and after-sale. The reclaim & reprocessing center is responsible for sorting and classify the wastes which will be reuse or reprocessing other products to elongate the supply chain and realization the multi-level processing increment.List biodiesel and bioethanol as examples in order to improve the conclusion that the pattern of agricultural products cycle logistics can reduce the cost of the supply and protect the environment. The forth chapter: research of the policies of agricultural products cycle logistics. In order to give a reference to list the relevant policies, using SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunity and threat which are faced by the agricultural products cycle logistics. The policies are presented from three angles as government, logistics department and enterprise which can promote the agricultural products cycle logistics practice effectively. The fifth chapter: conclusion and expectation. List the main conclusions and innovative points. With the further research of the cycle logistics system, the theoretics and application of agricultural products cycle logistics will be perfect.
