Optimize A Pattern Of Logistics Of Agricultural Products In Jilin Province And Research On Its Developmental Strategies

Logistics of agricultural products is of great significance to Jilin Province, a primary agriculture province. To accelerate the development of the logistics of agricultural products is conducive to promoting the modernization of agriculture, the progress of leading agricultural industries, the expansion of the scale of the agricultural management and the diversification of farmers'income. Considering the current situation of the logistics of agricultural product in Jilin Province, the thesis ventures to propose a development pattern of and a solution to the logistics of agricultural products applicable in Jilin Province based on contemporary theories of logistics.With reference to the external environment for the development of the logistics of agricultural products and the tendency of the development of the logistics in our country, an analysis of the experience and failures of the logistics of agricultural products of our country is presented in the paper after a thorough knowledge of status quo of the logistics of agricultural products at home and abroad is obtained, and a detailed descriptive analysis of the definition , categorization and features of the logistics of agricultural products is made. A study on the countries like Japan and Holland where the logistics of agricultural products developed fast and a comparison between those countries and our country yields the conclusion that information system of the logistics in our country is underdeveloped and inadequately used, professional education and training of logistic professionals is badly needed, logistic industry is disorganized and the link of circulation of agricultural products is inefficient. Meanwhile, some implications for the progress of the logistics of agricultural products in our country are derived as follows: researches on the preservation and processing technique of agricultural products should be indicative; more efforts should be made to train intellectuals specializing in logistics; the development of information technology of the logistics of agricultural products should be practical; the development of the logistics of agricultural products should be sponsored by government.By referring to the successes and failures of its counterparts at home and abroad, analysis of the current situation of the logistics of agricultural products in Jilin Province is made in accordance with the actual conditions and characteristics of Jilin Province, and several inhibitive factors hindering the development of the logistics of the agricultural products in Jilin Province are summed up as follows: the infrastructure of the logistics of agricultural products is underdeveloped, the information of the logistics of agriculture transmits slowly, there is a lack of professionals of logistics, logistic enterprises lack development plans, quality system of agricultural products is not integral, the market mechanism of agricultural products is not perfect and governmental control over the industry is nonexsitent.With regards to multiple factors checking the development of the logistics of the agricultural products in Jilin Province, the establishment of a mode of the logistics of agricultural products in agreement with the economy of Jilin Province is of critical significance. Under such circumstances, on one hand, we should learn from advanced patterns of logistics of agricultural products abroad to remedy our shortcomings; on the other, we must envision the orientation of the logistics of the agricultural products at home and abroad to set up new development pattern for the logistics of agricultural products that perfectly match the tendency of the development of agricultural products. First and most, based on the realities of Jilin Province, basic principles should be made clear and objectives optimized, so as to set up optimal logistic patterns for agricultural products in Jilin Province. Measures and relevant proposals matching optimal logistic patterns are suggested here after analyses of several optimal patterns like the dominant patterns of wholesale market, the society of the business, the zone of the logistics of agricultural products, the integration of production and marketing and the logistics of the third party. Particular measures are the following: to regulate development plans for the logistics of agricultural products, to intensified and industrialized logistic organizations of new types, to speed up the transmission of information of the logistics of agricultural products, to perfect the security system of the quality of agricultural products, to establish standardization system of the quality of agricultural products, to intensify the training of logistic professionals and the investment in the research on the industry, to positively develop logistics of the agricultural products by the third party. By studying optimal patterns for the logistics of the agricultural products in Jilin Province and proposing relevant solutions in the thesis, the realization of enhancement of profits for logistics industry in Jilin Province and acceleration of the business is expected.
