So the agricultural product logistics is unable to meet the need of the modern agricultural economy. As a big agricultural province, agricultural product resources in Guangxi Region are extremely rich. But the logistics level of agricultural product and their processed products is still very low, the lagged logistics development mode has restricted the economic development of Guangxi. Therefore it is extremely essential for us to choose a suitable development mode.Based on modern theories of regional economics, institution economics, agricultural economics, international trade theories and so on, The article use methods of the qualitative research and the quantitative research .the main agricultural products of Guangxi and its processed products logistics were divided into three groups—grain logistics, sugar logistics Jives and fresh agricultural product logistics. According to the features of all sorts of agricultural product logistics, the choices of logistics development mode for main agricultural products have chose their own patterns. For the sugar logistics, it should take the mode of wholesale market; for lives and fresh agricultural product logistics, it should take the mode of wholesale market and supermarket. The purpose of this research is to enhance the fundamental research level of the logistics of agricultural products and its processed products in Guangxi, to provid theoretical guidance for The agricultural product logistics aiming to the realization of commodities flowing smoothly and worthly, and to let more people have a more profound understanding on the logistics situation of agricultural products and its processed products in Guangxi.
