Logistics industry becomes the supporting industry and driving power of economic development of our country. It is important to leading the playing down the total cost of circulating and promotion of circulation efficiency to our country. Regarded as joining peasants and consumers in urban and rural areas, the agricultural products logistics industry is vital to the development of logistics and settling the problem of peasant, country and agriculture. The development of agricultural products logistics, can accelerates the circulating of agricultural products, and promotes the transforming traditional agriculture into modern agriculture, and increases boorish income, and pushes agricultural industrial structure adjustment, and accelerates agricultural modernization drive, and facilitates solving the problem of peasant, country and agriculture.This paper summarizes the researched status quo about agricultural products logistics at first. Through analyzing function factors, surrounding, supporting system, typical logistics system frame, agricultural products logistics system frame is built. On this basis, every subsystem of it is analyzing and optimized. Using theory and technology of systematic science, the aim optimizing model of agricultural products logistics system is established from the systemic point of view, and the model is deduced. Model of the regional agricultural products logistics integrated evaluation system is built based on Nonlinear PCA. Every regional agricultural products logistics system of Henan province is evaluated using the model. Through researching the agricultural products marketable structure and the actual agricultural products logistics pattern, finding the ubiquity of information asymmetry in the actual agricultural products logistics pattern, the agricultural products logistics operational pattern based on information share is bring forward, and demonstration analysis is done. At last, some advice about policy is put forward to the problem in agricultural products logistics development.
