| With the sustained and high-speed development of Chinese economic, the auto industry has maintained rapid growth in recent years, vehicle consumption market is experiencing an unprecedented growth state, and the volume of production and marketing of passenger vehicle makes the finished vehicle logistics (FVL, mainly referring to the logistics of merchandise car) as an important part in the automobile industry chain, so FVL has become one of the most promising logistics industry. In order to change the companies'situation of scattered in location,small in scale,narrow in service,low in efficiency, improve the competitiveness of domestic vehicle logistics enterprise rapidly, resist the inbreak of foreign vechicle logistics enterprises, the establishment of fineshed vehicle Logistics alliance(FVLA) has become the trend in the future.Whether the imcome distribution of FVLA is rational or not not only affect whether the rights and interests of the members in the alliance can be protected, but also directly determines the degree of productivity and creativity of the members of the alliance and the efficiency of cooperation .Therefore, constituting a rational income distribution scheme becomes the key to guarantee the stability and the success of the alliance.This article analyze the advantages, disadvantages and application environment of some common methods of income distribution. Based on them, combining with the characteristic of income distribution in FVLA and the actuality of domestic alliance, we choose the method that based on the Principal-agent theory, and then establish a quantitative model. We prove the validity of the model through the application in an enterprise.There are six chapters for study on the income distribution mechanism in the FVLA, the main contents of each chapter is given as bellow:Chapter 1, the introduction. The background, purpose and significance of this research are expatiated. The current research status in domestic and foreign countries, study contents and methods are introduced in this chapter, too. Chapter 2, the summarization of the theory and the methods of the income distribution in enterprise alliance. The connotation, features and principles of income distribution in enterprise alliance are induced. After disbribing several methods which are in common use, we generalize the advantages, disadvantages and application environment of them.Chapter 3, the choise of the income distribution mechanism in FVLA. In this chapter, First we introduce the concept of FVL and logistics alliance, through analysis of the FVL Status in our country we have the conclusion that it is necessary to establish finished vehicle logistics alliance. Then we analyze the income distribution in the FVLA, point out that it should be consonant with the type of structure of the alliance. In light of the star-like mode which is the popular mode of Chinese FVLAs'structure, we choose the income distribution mechanism based on Principal-agent theory, and discribe its application in FVLA in detail.Chapter 4, the establishement and analysis of income distribution model. According to the disbription of the mechanism based on Principal-agent theory in the third chapter, we establish a quantitative model in this chapter. In order to verify the validity of model, we establish model in three scenes, that is, before the implementation of the contract, with symmetric information and with asymmetric information. For asymmetric information is ubiquitous in the reality, we focus on of the relationship between the model results and the parameters in this scene, and then design an incentive mechanism.Chapter 5, the case analyzing the model. Through the investigation for a vehicle logistics enterprise, we found that the current income distribution exist some problems, then we apply the modle we set up, the result indicates that the model can improve the level of benefits of the Union as a whole and the members of the Union.Chapter 6, the conclusion. This chapter summarizes the main research and also analyses the further study that are needed to do.The main results of this dissertation are as follows:1. This article propose that income distribution mechanism should be consonant with the type of structure of the alliance, and anaylize the income distribution mechanism which should be adopted under various organizational structure.2. This article establishe an income distribution modle which is based on the Principal-agent theory and verify the validity of the model, support a technique referrencefor the existing FVLAs'decision-making.3. Associated with enterprises'pratice, we demarcate the parameters of the model rationally, provides the prerequisite for application in the practice. |
