Electronic commerce is a logistics quick response to customer demand for the strategic objectives, the use of modern information technology in the time window within the determined, modern logistics activities to achieve the goal of logistics at the lowest possible cost and high operating efficiency as much as possible. Multi-Agent system is the active cluster system with multiple collaborative Agent formation, Agent between cooperation through mutual message communication, negotiation, in order to achieve the purpose of collaborative tasks. Multi-Agent technology into logistics distribution system, means that the logistics time is greatly shortened, greatly enhance the enterprise’s customer satisfaction and customer orders on the response speed, which is more reasonable, more effective implementation of logistics resource allocation and improve logistics response speed and efficiency, adapt to the needs of the development of electronic commerce.This paper consists of the introduction, the electronic commerce logistics distribution system and the Multi-Agent theory analysis, electronic commerce logistics distribution system model and Algorithm Research(including the distribution center location and vehicle routing optimization of two parts), analysis and design of Multi-Agent electronic commerce logistics distribution system.First, the domestic and international logistics distribution system and summarized the research situation of the model algorithm.Second, the electronic commerce logistics distribution system is analyzed in theory and Multi-Agent.
