Over the past decade,especially since China's accession to the WTO,the annual growth rate of finished vehicle and sales has been more than 10%.Between 2002 and 2007,the annual growth rate of China's automobile's output is 1,000,000.It seems that China's automobile industry is entering an era of high-speed development. However,rapid development conceals a series of problems:Firstly,because of the energy crisis all around the world and the rising costs of raw materials in China,the cost of manufacturing is increasing rapidly;Secondly,overcapacity,fierce competition and the rapidly changing macro-environment have gradually undermined the profits of automobile's manufacturers;Thirdly the international economic crisis together with the unreasonable production forecast in line with market demand have led to a large inventory backlog and sharp decline of cash flow in the automobile supply chain.For these reasons the traditional model of finished vehicle marketing system has to be changed.Facts show that the traditional model of reducing only the manufacturer's cost no longer work,it is a high time searched for new sources of profits in the whole vehicle supply chain.The implementation of scientific management in the finished vehicle marketing logistics system will be a new source of profits.At the same time more and more success stories of integration of VMI and TPL give us the inspiration to try to apply the two advanced supply chain management theories to the tradition finished vehicle marketing logistics system.In this thesis,FirstⅠanalyze the feasibility of the integration of VMI and TPL theories.Then I further analyze the feasibility of integration of finished vehicle marketing logistics system with the two theories.Last I proposed a pattern of the integration.By using the dynamics simulation software,I have designed the traditional model and the improved model of finished vehicle marketing logistics and the simulation results show that the improved model of finished vehicle marketing logistics system is better than the traditional model.The main innovation in this thesis lies in:Firstly the paper proposed an improved finished vehicle pattern based on VMI and TPL and the whole pattern includes four parts:Improved pattern in the finished vehicle distribution chain,The introduction of third-party logistics inventory center,Jointly building of VMI system as well as the advanced integration pattern.Secondly the paper established a cost analysis framework of finished vehicle marketing logistics system.The frame also includes four parts:The individual cost analysis,Overall system cost analysis,The satisfying rate of marketing demand as well as the calculation of bullwhip effect.After a series of work,the paper not only complete an integration pattern of traditional and improved finished vehicle logistics system based on VMI and TPL theories,but also has completed a analysis and evaluation framework of finished vehicle marketing logistics system by modeling and simulation,comparing of system's performance indicators and comparing of the cost evaluation indicators.Ⅰhope this article can provide a new pattern for relevant studies.
