| Product development is the core of enterprise innovation, and products of development in line with the needs of customers are the core of product development. In China, however, many enterprises often stressing technology and innovation, but underestimating customer demands, so that the actual products of final development can't meet the market demand. In product development, QFD (quality function deployment) can guarantee customer demands, make the concept of quality throughout the design process, make the design process do not deviate from customer demands, and achieve the objective of meeting the market demands.The intelligent bidet seats are very popular in the developed countries, but in the domestic market they have fallen on hard times. A very important reason is that the customers are unfamiliar with intelligent bidet seats and the customer demands are more abstract and vague. Thus there are very large differences between the actual product performance and customer demands. It is very important that using QFD approach makes customer demands into the design requirements in the industry.This paper summarized the development of intelligent bidet seat industry and the theoretical knowledge of QFD, focusing on how to use QFD approach to control the design quality of intelligent bidet seat. At first, use the theory of VOC (Voice of customer) to analysis customer demands, and use HOQ (House of Quality) to establish the mapping of quality characteristics and quality requirements. The quality requirements are mapped to the quality assurance process. Then make a detailed analysis to all aspects of the HOQ and find key items, which make use of limited resources and time to enable customer to obtain the greatest satisfaction, to shorten product design cycles, improving product quality. Finally, use performance test theory and the reliability testing methods to verify the product. At the same time, improve development quality continuously through field testing method. |
