The Research Of The Problem For Urban And Rural Information Division And Society Control In Dalian

Based on survey data of the information situation in Dalian City, this paper describes the information division of Dalian City's urban and rural by the logic way of the explanation of the basic concept, cushion of the theories foundation, description of the phenomenon, analysis of the reason and the countermeasure. This paper reveals the main reason for the information division and puts forward the corresponding social control act.This paper uses "information social" theory to explain the transformation process of social informationization, makes use of "knowledge gap" and "information ditch" theory to reveal part of the reason for the information division, uses "the spread flow" theory to explain the effect of information spreading, and uses "the society divide" theory to realize the inequality phenomenon of society.Based on the investigation of the information situation of Dalian, this paper gives a description and analyzing for the information status of Dalian City's urban and rural information division. It is found that the differences for the owning of information equipment in the urban and rural families exist. The ratio of owning computer, portable computer and the Internet line is much higher in the urban families. The information quality for the urban and rural residents has great changes, mainly in the channel of getting information and the ability of using Internet. The situation of the information for using and receiving shows great changes, mostly in the types of getting information and the information consumptions. The differences of the information environment between the urban and rural also exist. The information environment of the city is better than the country, and the evaluation of the information environment is also better. The cognitive of information division between the urban and rural is different. The urban interviewers have better understanding and recognizing for information division.This paper analyzes the reason of information division of Dalian City's urban and rural, including the society division, the policy division, the economy division, the civilization division and the technique division. This paper puts forward homologous society control act like extensively raising the farmer's information consciousness, setting down fair information policy, developing village economy to contract the gap between rich and poor, developing education business to grow new farmer, and helping information poverty up.
