With the deepening of the industrialized operation of agriculture and the increasing demand of green modern pesticides, the domestic market of biological pesticides is in the period of rapid development. However the major enterprises in this industry still in the situation of small size, similar product policy and disordered competition. The main reason for that is the lack of a clear strategy of future development. Hence, the severe competition is seemingly unavoidable and the long-term developing plan become obscure.This thesis, focusing on this problem, holds a case study on the Xinrui biotechnology company. By analyzing the external and internal developing environment, we summarized the opportunity, threat, strength and weakness which is existing in the environment which impact on the development of the company. Then we hold a survey for select the critical factor which is influential on the company's strategy. On the basis of these SWOT factor, we suggested an overall framework of the strategic development for the company and four major functional strategies.The main conclusion of the thesis is as follows: firstly, we establish the developing strategy of the Xinrui Company: the combination of technological innovation and marketing management". Furthermore, we separately suggested four major functional strategies: the flexible strategy for technological innovation, the Scale strategy for production, the brand-focusing strategy for marketing management and the systematic recruiting and training strategy for human resource management.
