Logistics equipment co., ltd under Shenyang Aircraft Corporation is a certain representative enterprises in the local Chinese logistics equipment industry. As a new growth business in the logistics industry, it is facing the volatile external environment, market competition intensifies, the threat of domestic and international competitors, various issues of further the development, such as the direction to become a full of vitality enterprises, to become a leader in logistics equipment industry enterprises, to maintain its advanced competition and achieve good economic returns, we need to develop a clear strategy for the competitiveness of enterprises in the long-term healthy development.Firstly, the thesis gives a systems analysis of the external environment of the corporation. From aspects of politics, law, economy and society, adopting PEST method, it analyzes factors of macro-environment which the logistics industry will have to adapt to. With the theory of five force models, the thesis discusses the competition in logistics industry, and brings us to the conclusion that the logistics equipment corporation only achieving an economy of scale, reducing the costs, carrying out diversification, enhancing innovation, can survive in the competition. Next, using "resource and ability" method, the thesis analyses the corporation internal environment in detail.Based on summarize of external opportunities and threats and internal strengths and weakness, this thesis uses SWOT method to bring forward a competitive strategy for business development, that is, adopting difference strategy. In this thesis, we drew up years' competition strategic target and the measures of implementation of strategy for the company in the future. Last, the practical measures were proposed.The thesis is expected to offer some help to Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd under SAC in its strategic planning and implementation and provide valuable experience for Chinese other logistics equipment corporation.
