Research On The Enterprise Logistics Strategy Base On Competitive Advantage Theory

Faced the inconstant competitive environment, enterprise have to find new approach to establish competitive advantage. Excellent logistics management can efficiently cut the cost, and perfectly meet the need of customer. Firstly, this paper proposed two basic strategy direction of competitive advantage, and through Porter's competitive theory expounded how logistics increase the competitive advantage of enterprise.Being important function strategy, logistics strategy should adapt to competitive strategy so as for enterprise to gain competitive advantage. This paper established the strategy chart on subdivision of competitive strategy, and established response chart taking efficiency and response as two tops. Through seeking the superposing region, enterprise can realized the aim to strategy fit. Secondly, the object of logistics strategy was concerned, which are adopted in different basic competitive strategy. Also, the article argued character and applying condition and implement key of some typical logistics strategy, and analyzed how to choose logistics strategy through AHP.Two problems were involved in orientation of logistics strategy, which include confirming logistics service level and enacting sequence of customer service factor. This paper stated how to get the approximate logistics services level through Benchmarking, because it is hard to gain the precise level through mathematic method for the scarcity of precise function relationship between service and sale. There being difference in the customer's recognition to service factor, this paper argued how to enact sequence of customer service factor to put limited resource into the most important service factor. The effect combined inventory, transport, facility and information decide the response and efficiency of logistics system. Finally, the paper discussed the role in the competitive strategy and factors in the regulation.
