The Research On Establishment Of Quality Management System Of J City Commercial Bank

With the continual in-depth progress of the financial system reform of our country, especially when the transitional period of the banking open is over, the banking industry of China is confronted with many opportunities and challenges. Due to the situation of fierce competition, it has become a very important and pressing task for the whole banking of China on how to improve the core competence of commercial banks of China.J City Commercial Bank has experienced ten years of sailing in all weathers and made outstanding contributions to the development of local economy, and at the same time, its own size and strength are also improved to a large extent. In order to further standardize the management of the bank and enhance the work efficiency and market competence of the bank, this bank made decision to import the international quality management system at the beginning of 2006.By aiming at the characteristics of J City Commercial Bank and integrating its present situation and relevant requirements of quality management, this paper mainly focuses on the research of the establishment and implementation of the quality management system of this bank. Firstly, through the description of development situation of J City Commercial Bank, this paper proposes the requirement of importing the quality management system. Secondly, after the characteristics-related and industrial analysis on the city commercial banks of our country, this paper aims to implement diagnosis research and analysis on the status in quo of J City Commercial Bank and find out the existing problems. Thirdly, this paper implements the design of the quality management system of this bank, and also implements the result evaluation after the trial operation of the system and external audit. Finally, this paper summarizes some issues that this bank shall pay attention to while implementing the quality management system.Through carrying out the quality management system, the quality of both financial products and service of J City Commercial Bank are improved greatly and the internal management regulations of the bank is further standardized. What's more, the management level of operation realizes the qualitative leap and the comprehensive competence is further strengthened, and therefore the social influence and reputation are increased to a large extent.
