The Research Of ISO9000Quality Management System’s Project Implementation For Guangxi Branch Of Agricultural Bank Of China

ISO9000quality control standards as the standardization of modern theories of scientific management mode attracted the attention of a wide range of industries and organizations, many service-oriented commercial banks have also begun to explore the establishment of quality management system, improve the ability of financial service, strengthen internal management. In this paper, based on the introduction of the ISO9000quality management system used in Agricultural Bank of China Guangxi branch, the schedule management, organization and team management and quality control of project management methods of quality management system implementation were analyzed, finally summarizes the shortcomings of the project, and puts forward the improving direction, provide the paradigm theory and application for other commercial banks to implement the quality management system.
