As China's economy grows, more and more Chinese companies are going international. People who fill the international jobs are a vital ingredient in determining how effectively the organization will be able to meet its goals, remain competitive, and satisfy its constituents. Therefore, in today's global competition, shaping the quality of international managers and their cross-cultural awareness is becoming the top priority of both enterprises and Chinese universities.This thesis presents a triangle model of shaping the quality of international managers and their cross-cultural awareness.The author thinks that shaping or training successful business managers depends on a series of interrelated factors, which coincides with a triangle. The first side represents basic international business knowledge and capabilities. The second side of triangular model is related to professional portfolio structure and adaptability. The third side represents the quality of entrepreneurs.The area of successful international business professionals'triangle shows the extent of their career success. According to principles of geometry, only a triangle is equilateral triangle, the area is the biggest. That is to say, only the above three aspects develop comprehensively and coordinately can they seize most international business opportunities and achieve invincible and brilliant performance and sustainable development in international competition.However, this triangle will not work properly if the business managers are not fully equipped with the awareness of cultural differences in the business world. Culture affects how people behave and therefore every aspect of international business. To avoid misunderstanding, clashes, and bias, the international businessman should realize and understand the different cultures, adapt themselves to fit into the business environment in order to get the best achievement in business. The approaches to building up awareness of culture difference include building trust across cultural boundaries, harnessing diversity, building up correct consciousness of culture differences and effective cross-cultural management.
