As the world economic integration and deepening of the regionaleconomy, international business enterprises has become an irreversibletrend of the times. Transnational business world’s economic developmentis extremely common economic phenomenon. Best economic interests ofenterprises will inevitably need to break boundaries, worldwide resourcesand advanced technologies, will have its own capital, technology,management and other areas with other country’s resources, markets,labor, etc. combines the strengths from the transnational production andbusiness activities to gain maximum benefits.In this paper, professional managers in cross-cultural managementactivities in the behavior of elements for the study to explore theprofessional managers in the management of cross-cultural elements ofbehavior and its impact on corporate cross-cultural management activities.Paper begins by describing the cross-cultural and professional managerswho conduct the background elements of the present study, significance,research status and research ideas, methods, etc.; and then explain thecross-cultural and cross-cultural management and value of the definitionof cross-cultural management and the rise of historical reasons, and theprofessional managers of the value of the composition and forms, andprofessional managers in cross-cultural management activities in thevalue of the analysis, by reading and literature collection, refer to themotives of human behavior at home and abroad related to refining andideas, build influence elements of professional managers who conductcross-cultural management system, followed by a questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other methods, the use of AHP and fuzzymathematical method a detailed analysis of the behavior of elements in different layers of professional managers who conduct cross-culturalelements of the corporate management on the extent and thus make theappropriate countermeasures; finally made the thesis conclusions andfuture research prospects.
