Research On The Relation Between Value Net And The Growth Of IT Company

Along with IT integrated melt,network,digitization,IT industry has been one of the most important industries in the world economy and it's more and more important to elevate the economic strength of one country.IT industry in China starts late and develops slowly which can not catch up with international leading companies.Meanwhile,more and more foreign companies are pouring into China which makes the IT market highly competitive.So the growing problem of IT companies becomes an urgent issue to be solved in the economic development of our country at this stage.As a middle special organization between enterprise and market,it is of great realistic meaning and practical utility that value nets promote the growth of IT Company.With the complexity of the economic system improved,profound changes in the original value creation mechanism of the enterprise have taken place.The management model of value net replaces the supply chain.Value net is a new value creation model which is on the basis of customer orientation.Adopting the concept of digital supply chain,it can make highly customer satisfaction and extraordinary profit rate.There are many advantages of value net,such as reducing marketing risk,sharing net resources,technology innovation and so on.Accordingly IT industry has some disadvantages of high risks,high complexity of knowledge and high timeliness of product.For the above mentioned reason,value net is very popular in IT Company. Many companies have carried out the strategy of value net.Therefore researching the relation between value net and the growth of IT company is meaningful to promote the IT companies' growth in our country.In this paper,the theory of value net has been introduced into the analysis of IT company growth.Through analyzing the relation of them,we can find the best route of IT company growth.The conclusion will guide the development of the IT enterprises.There are two basic thinking modes in this paper:induction and deduction.Both criterion study and demonstration study are conducted;both quantitative and qualitative methods are employed.There are three innovations in this paper:First,the innovation of the angle of research, discussing the growth of IT enterprises from the angle of value net and constructing the growth model of IT enterprises which meets the fact of our country;Second,the innovation of theoritical framework,exploring the elements of value net;Third,requiring the relation between the dimensions of value net and the growth of IT enterprises deeply and the difference of affecting, exploring the best growth path of IT company.In the end,according to the conclusion and the present situation of IT Company in our country,some suggestions centering on how to improve the capabilities of existence and development are given from the angle of constructing value net.
