Research On Corporation Operation Mechanism Of Technology Business Incubators In China

Technology business incubator is a new kind of social economic organization whichappeared in America in the fifties last century. It offers a series of services such as infrastructure,management supporting, and resource network for newly established enterprises, to help themgrow up. In China, Business incubator was started in1987in Wuhan. After20years, now Chinahas been a country with the second most technology business incubators. It should be noted thatthere are some problems still. Such as excessive government intervention, dysfunction inhatching and so on. On one hand, it brought the overweight financial burden, on the other hand, itwas not conducive to the innovation of business incubator’s service mechanism. It could beinferred that such a kind of business incubator would not last a long life. Therefore, establishingthe corporation operation mechanism is necessary.On the basis of previous theories, this paper used methods of systems analysis andcomparative analysis to study the corporation operation mechanism of the technology businessincubator. Firstly, this paper developed the rationale for previous domestic and foreign studyingof technology business incubator. Then defined the concept of corporation operation of thetechnology business incubators. Secondly, this paper introduced the history and basic forms oftechnology business incubators in and abroad. Thirdly, this paper focused on studying corporationoperating mechanism, include enterprises enter incubating and screening mechanism, fostermechanism, exit mechanism, service system and receipts mechanism of technology businessincubators. It should be pointed that we must establish technology business incubators accordingwith the modern enterprise system. At last, this paper analyzed the operation performance of onetechnology business incubator in Tianjin, and put forward corresponding advice, with a view toimproving it’s enterprise-incubating ability.
