A Study On Employee Training Of China Fast Food Chain Enterprises

Nowadays,high quality talents are required by enterprises.Only depending on high-quality-talents enterprise will get victory in the fierce competition,and strengthening training is an important way of getting high-quality-talents.Both here and abroad,all successful enterprises regard staff training as source of enterprise development.With the development of reform and opening-up,many foreign companies are taking over Chinese market.In order to survive in the competition our enterprise must improve all the employee's qualities and strengthen training.So staff training is a strategic task with relation to the survival and development of the company.With the expanding of fast food chain enterprises scale,the problems of HR are more and more obvious.At present,Chinese fast food chain employees training have the main problems reflected in the following aspects.First,enterprises don't pay more attention to the staff training. Second,training mechanisms and institutional arrangements are unreasonable and lack professional human resource managers.Then,they are lack of scientific and long-term training programs and strategic planning.At last,they are lack of the examination and confirmation of training results.Through the analysis of the foreign fast food chain and the enlightenment to Chinese fast-food chain,I find that staff training system suited to China's national conditions should be established.Staff training includes training requirement analysis system,training content system, training running system and training evaluation system.In addition,the incentive mechanism should be established to enhance the effectiveness of staff training.
