Driven by the demand of large-scale engineering construction in China,construction enterprises have developed rapidly and become an important force to drive economic development.However,after extensive growth,construction enterprises are facing a new transformation period,especially under the background of supply-side reform,the competition is increasingly fierce,and the problem of low management efficiency is prominent.The key to solving this problem is to continuously improve the ability of employees.This raises the training problem of construction enterprise to unprecedented height.How to overcome the problems of large staff mobility,scattered projects and high difficulty of training management in construction enterprises and effectively carry out training cannot be separated from the support of an efficient,systematic and targeted training system.In view of this,this study selected Xiamen city construction as an example,the establishment of a diagnosis program,in-depth analysis of the construction enterprise training system problems,in order to put forward appropriate optimization Suggestions,for construction enterprises to provide reference experience.Based on relevant theoretical research results,this paper selects Xiamen Chengmei Construction Company as the research object.As a construction enterprise,Xiamen Chengmei Construction co.,ltd.is faced with the following difficulties:low employee enthusiasm,low training satisfaction and low conversion rate of training results,which result in unbalanced training input and output and cannot support the rapid development of the company's business.Therefore,this paper first explores the connotation of the staff training system and the significance of constructing a perfect staff training system to the development of enterprises from the research results and theoretical basis at home and abroad,and provides theoretical basis for the following research on the problems existing in the training system of Xiamen Chengmei Construction Company.The problems and causes of the training system of Xiamen Chengmei Construction Company were analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and interview.Then from the training needs analysis,training goal setting,training design,training organization,training,achievements transformation and training results evaluation system to the construction of Xiamen city is given company targeted countermeasures and solutions to optimize the training system,improve training for its input and output efficiency,to ensure the future sustainable development of the enterprises to provide the reference and advice.And hope that through this study for similar companies to provide reference.
