Study Of Bid Evaluation Method For National Highway Project

The scientific bid evaluation method is especially important along with increasing of national highway projects. The bid evaluation method of national highway projects experienced three steps: starting step, developing step and legal system steps. The 7th file issued by Ministry of Community of P.R.China on June, 2006 has defined clearly that the bid evaluation method of national highway projects may accept lowest price evaluation method, reasonable lower price evaluation method, integrated evaluation method and double-envelopes evaluation method and other methods permitted by national laws and regulations. For the four methods have their own disadvantages, reasonable lower price integrated evaluation method, a new scientific one, is provided on the base of the four methods by the author according to his experience.
