Bidding is an important part of the project management, the relationship between the cost of the whole project management level, determines the strength of the competitiveness of its industry, therefore, more and more enterprises to become the focus of attention. In China in 2011, promulgated the "the people’s Republic of China bidding bids law" Regulations for the implementation of further bidding method were explained, the proper use of our bidding enterprise after review of the reasonable low price bid law provides a good legal environment. In this context, the evaluation of reasonable low price bidding in the field of engineering construction has played a great role, resulting in a certain economic and social benefits and a wide range of social recognition 。However, there are some problems in the process of the implementation evaluation method of reasonable low bid for enterprises, such as saving material and labor cost, pay attention to cost management, at the same time, ignoring the quality of the project, affecting the project overall efficiency and benefit et.al..In order to solve these problems, this paper combined with qualitative and quantitative research methods, analyze the main problems in the process of applying the evaluation method of the reasonable low bid in the bidding enterprises in the related theory as a guide. On the basis of this,analyzes the main evaluation methods of bidding enterprises, andfocuses on study the theoretical basis of the evaluation method of reasonable low bid and determine the process and problems in construction project, and takes as the construction project of Kaidi company, the application process of the evaluation method of reasonable low bid is analyzed,on the basis of this, and the perfect strategies of the evaluation method of reasonable low bid are put forward.
