Post-Evaluation For Phase Eight Extension Project Of Datang Baoding Co-Generation Power Plant

Project post-evaluation is a thorough and scientific analysis that is performed on the completed projects in terms of aims, process, benefits, effects and influence. Project post-evaluation contributes to improving their capabilities of policy-making, managing and construction for policy-makers and constructors. Nowadays, many electric power projects have been built. So, scientific evaluation and analysis of these projects is urgent for realizing their sustainable development and economic benefits, rationalizing policy-making process and summarizing managing experiences. The thesis aims to perform post-evaluation for Phase 8 Extension Project of Datang Baoding Co-Generation Power Plant (Phase 8 Project used for short below). At first, the profile of Phase 8 Project is introduced. Then, summaries and evaluation is provided in such aspects as execution process, construction management, environmental and social benefits. At last, final evaluation, main experiences and lessons are summarized in terms of technical level, investment level, management level and environmental level.
