The designed project of 2×300MW Handan thermoelectric is regional circular economy demonstrative project based on comprehensive benefit. The article researches form heating and power generation, heat source substitution, alleviating the tense heating aspect of the city, protecting environment, saving energy and reducing emission pollution, improving the resident quality of life, promoting the upgrade of Handan thermoelectricity industry, and the effect of regional circular economy. It is still being at the start initial stage. Therefore the research has certain reference value to the initial work of the project.
