As the supporting industry of national economy, non-metallic industry has made a tremendous contribution on the development of china economy. However, in the traditional economic mode, a lot of non-renewable resources have been consumed, wastes have been emitted in quantity and the ecological environment have been polluted seriously by non-metallic industry.To keep the sustainable and healthy development of non-metallic industry, we should take the road of sustainable development. Taking "low extraction, high use, low-emission" as its features,circular economy is a new economic model to achieve sustainable development.Hence the development of non-metallic industry need to be guided by circular economy.Through theoretical review on the development model of circular economy in coal industry, chemical industry and building material industry, multifaceted and multi-angle research such as industrial feature, energy saving and emissions reducing,waste treatment and resourced, Eco-industrial chains, technical supporting of circular economy have been used to explore the development model of circular economy in coal industry, phosphorus chemical industry and cement industry.Basis on this,through a comparative and correlative analysis of different industry in the circular economy development model.General model of circular economy of non-metallic industry has been found, including cleaning production mode in company, the cycle model of Eco-industrial chains, model of ecological demonstration base of circular economy in non-metallic industry,the social circular economy model of non-metallic industry. Then base on the analysis of problems and solutions on the circular economy development model of coal industry, phosphorus chemical industry and cement industry,the solution of general model of circular economy of non-metallic industry were proposed.It was hoped to guide a better development of circular economy in non-metallic industry and take the road of sustainable development. Using the method that combining theoretical analysis with case study is a major feature of this paper. Take a research and analysis of Yuntianhua which is the largest phosphate fertilizer base in China has representative effect.During the analysis of Yuntianhua international Chemical's circular economy, through the detailed analysis of the international Chemical in energy saving and emissions reducing, waste utilization,etc,a circular economy development model that fits Yuntianhua International Chemical has been explored. Finally the problem and solution of circular economy development model of Yuntianhua International Chemical were pointed out.The concrete contents of this thesis is divided into six parts:①Introduction which mainly represents the research background and significance of this thesis, study contents and method, and the innovation,etc.②Review of non-metallic industry's circular economy development model.This part includes the achievement of circular economy development model in coal industry, chemical industry and building material industry.③specific analysis of circular economy development model in coal industry, phosphorus chemical industry and cement industry.④problems and solutions on the circular economy development model of non-metallic industry.⑤Case study.⑥Conclusion and Outlook on this research.The experience of circular economy development model in non-metallic industry was found and the outlook for trends of circular economy in non-metallic industry was made.
