| As we know, human resource, which is the most important resource, is the motive force of the development of the society. Human resources management presents a completely new management theory and management system from traditional manpower management. Electric power generation enterprises are important element of national economy and the assurance of national economic incomes. China has reformed state-owned power enterprises for more than one decade, their benefits and strengths have been greatly improved.As they gain most progress, we should also recognize some subsistent problems on management, especially on human resource management. We still have very long offset distance with modern companies .The paper focuses on the human resources management in the state-owned power enterprises; the purpose of the researching is as follows, author want to integrate the theory of modern human resource management with actual cases in analyzing the status of the human resource management in state-owned power enterprises and proposing a solution. The analytic approach include the method of microscopic economic analysis, contrasted analysis and dynamic analysis etc. |
