| Based on the depth investigation of Baoding mobile communications company, the paper analyzes the environmental status of the company, we recognizes that while the company has done a lot of work, and achieved certain results in improving the satisfaction in recent years, there are also many problems. In this paper, the concept of comprehensive satisfaction was presented, it pointed out the company needed to improve the comprehensively satisfaction. Based on the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the comprehensive satisfaction of company was evaluated, and then based on the evaluation results, the proposed measures were presented, which has a certain practical significance to the Baoding mobile communications company in increasing the comprehensive satisfaction. |
