| Baoding urban landscape, "three years" project is a benefit and sustainable economic development project in Baoding. Its implementation has been almost three years. According to the "three years" project objectives and tasks of Baoding and Hebei Province, this paper sets up a evaluation index system of its effectiveness, and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation.
