The Implementation Effect Evaluation Of Three System Reformation Project In Shiheng Power Plant

To meet the requirements of power system reformation and market economy, the labor, personnel and income distribution system reformation is carried out in Shiheng power plant. The implementation of three system reformation enhances the vitality and competitiveness of enterprise, improves the benefit of the power plant, and realizes a sustained, healthy and stable development.Based on the introduction of three system reformation project of Shiheng power plant, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the project effect performance is established. Then the principal components analysis is used to filtrate the indexes in order to avoid the overlap among the information. Many indexes are turned to a few comprehensive indexes which influence the project implementation effect. The comprehensive indexes are irrelevant with each other but hold the main information of the original variable. Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to test and evaluate the relevant data of Shiheng power plant in 2004-2007, and the results showed that the implementation effect of three system reformation project in Shiheng power plants is evaluated as "good."...
