The PhaseⅣ4X1000MW Construction project in ShiHeng Power Plant of China Guodian Corporation is based on the real needs of Shandong power grid , it is of great strategic significance and practical significance both on the power grid and economic development. First of all, we demonstrated necessity from the Shandong Power grid demand forecast, and then based on the theory of feasibility from the transportation, water resources, geology and other aspects demonstrated the site selection is scientific, followed by a demonstration of coal supply and water supply in such areas as power plant of this project is a reasonable use of resources; mainly from the estimated investment and economic evaluation of the feasibility of this project is economically feasible; illustrated from the environmental protection, finally given the conclusions of the paper and the problems need further study.
