Pre-evaluation On The 2×300MW Thermal And Electricity Project Of The Third Phase Shiheng Power Plant

The third phase project of Shiheng Power plant is conducive to optimize the thermal power structure of Shandong Province, ease the Contradiction of power supply and demand in Jinan and Taian, and improve the security and economic of network. It is of great significance for developing region national economy, improving environment quality, and realizing sustained development.Based on thermal load forecasting of Feicheng city and power load forecasting of Shandong province, it is demonstrated that the third phase project of Shiheng power plant is necessary. The economic benefit of the project is evaluated in the aspects of financial analysis, national economic analysis and sensitivity analysis. The site of the project is proved reasonable in the aspects of transportation, water, geology, etc. The measures of energy-saving and emission-reducing of the project is evaluated.
