Selection And Developing Strategies Of The Primary Industries In The 11^th Five-Year Plan Of Zhenjiang

Under background of faster globalyzing in world economy day by day and the biger development of international industry transfer, more and more researchers notice that the gaps of regional economy development become bigger and bigger, then the regional development problem is focused on the changes of industry structure. From experience view, its core is determined by the primary industry. So the research of primary industry is one of important topics on regional economy development study.Based on the theory of regional economy, the paper regards that the economic analysis in Zhenjiang belongs to the study on regional economy.Then the author chooses the theories of industry cluatering and leading industry from regional economy theory, uses them as the foundation of the locating economy and the choice of primary industry in Zhenjiang. After explaining these theories, by the situation in Zhenjiang, first, the artile clusters all industries in Zhenjiang by multivariate statistic method to reduce the cases of primary industry; second, it gives some reasonable standards of the choice of primary industry, and computes factor scores of every primary industry by their datas. At last, the author indexes these scores, and chooses the primary industries by considering the other factors. Based on the conclusion, the paper gives some advices of industry development in the 11^th five-year plan of Zhenjiang.
