Then, my paper will make a comprehensive and comparative evaluation and analysis on the city's different region's primary and secondary industries through factor analysis and cluster analysis. Last, in accordance with the differences of the city's regional economic development, I will put forward several strategies that will promote the city's regional economic development and coordinated development between primary industry and second industry.
