The booming development of Zhenjiang high–tech industry plays important roles in the development of Zhenjiang economics. But when we put our eyes on the deeper floor of Zhenjiang high-tech industry, we will see that it also have some problems, just as follows: the high–tech industry don't have a balance development speed; new product don't have more high-value; rely more on take-in technique; have a lower independent-innovative capability and so on. So it's important to take a research on how to improve the independent-innovative capability of high-tech industry in Zhenjiang and how to make high-tech industry plays more important roles on Zhenjiang economy. This research will have an indispensable impact on the theoretical part and has great realistic significance on Zhenjiang. The main research content can be interpreted as follows:(1) Based on review of theory about independent-innovative capability and high- tech industry both in home and abroad, I proposed some theoretical basis and analytical methods for evaluating and promoting the independent-innovative capability of Zhenjiang high-tech industry. Such as interface of high- tech industry, factor analysis method and cluster analysis methods, mechanism of factor endowment and economic growth model.(2) According to the actual situation of Zhenjiang high- tech industry, I use statistics method to analyze the progress and problems about the independent-innovative capability of Zhenjiang high-tech industry. Find out the problems and development space for Zhenjiang high-tech industry.(3) From the horizontal dimension, we constructed an independent-innovative capability evaluation system of Zhenjiang high- tech industry which is based on three key dimensions such as the independent innovation resources investment ability, independent innovation management capability and independent innovation output capability. The evaluation system takes into account more about the independent innovation perspective of high-tech industry. Based on evidence, we use factor component analysis and cluster analysis methods to evaluate independent innovation ability of Zhenjiang high- tech industry. Evaluation results show that Zhenjiang high- tech industry still has some space to develop.(4)From the vertical dimension, we study the innovative model of Zhenjiang high- tech industry; take an analysis on how human resource, capital and technological advances influence the development of Zhenjiang high- tech industry and self-innovative capability. Through empirical analysis of Zhenjiang high- tech industry, we recommend that Technique can give decisive impact on high-tech industry, human resource and capital need to rely on technique to give some impact on high-tech industry. Technique is an original engine to improve independent innovation capability of high- tech industry. Zhenjiang should use labor and capital more rationally; make full use of the advantages of their own resources, through a series of measures to promote technological progress, thus promoting the independent-innovative capability Zhenjiang high- tech industry.(5) We Study the issue of how to promote independent-innovative capability of Zhenjiang high- tech industry. We proposed it's a complicated systematic project to upgrade the independent-innovative capability of Zhenjiang high- tech industry. Need three levels of advice such as: The micro-interface management, medium industrial organization model and macro-strategic planning. It gives a strategy system for promoting independent-innovative capability of Zhenjiang high-tech industry.
