Research On Project Management Of Slab Track Construction Equipment

Germany ED. Zueblin AG first cooperated with CSR Luoyang Locomotive Works, responsible for manufacturing the Slab track construction equipments which are used on Chinese high-speed passenger railway line from Zhengzhou to Xi'an. But the project has the characteristic of time limit and hard task, the contract only can be fulfilled through a scientific management mode. CSR Luoyang Locomotive Works wants to use the advanced management to improve slab track construction equipment project operation, which is a challenged and creative research. This article applied the method of case analyze and evidence research, summarized and abstracted experiences and ways of the slab track construction equipment project management in CSR Luoyang Locomotive works, researching from enterprise aspect, project aspect, performer aspect, analyzing from the planned management, technical management ,cost management, quality management and human resource management, which proved that it's correct and applicable for enterprise selecting project management. Based on our fully acknowledge about the industry, market-oriented, according to the thought of project management, applying the method of project management, establishing organization structure, adopting the form of optimized resource dispatch, thereby enterprise can operate more efficiently, low-cost and flexible, at the same time, enterprise can increase the ability of meeting an emergency and adaptability.
