Research On Procurement Strategy Model In Collaborative Supply Chain

With the competition of the market become more and more fierce, customer demand for diversification and the growing sensitivity of the time, making the modern enterprise is faced with severe challenges, supply chain management is also a higher demand. Collaborative supply chain is a hot issues in the field of supply chain management research, the paper aims to study the procurement strategy in collaborative supply chain management.In this paper, firstly, an analysis to procurement system in collaborative supply chain is characterized by collaborative, complex and adaptive. Then, based on the analysis of complex systems theory, the procurement operation mechanism and logic model of the collaborative supply chain procurement strategy was taken. Secondly, for textile and apparel supply chain characteristics, building a three-level coordination model of procurement strategy, combined with the characteristics of collaborative supply chain on the procurement strategy model has been optimized, and gives a solution based on genetic algorithm process. Finally, given a clothing supply chain procurement strategy simulation models and programming used Matlab mathematical tools, obtained the simulation results for different market demand.The main work in this paper was studying procurement supply chain management strategy combined with collaborative theory and complex adaptive systems theory; In order to optimizing the procurement strategy model, making the model can better reflect the textile and apparel supply chain procurement system, penalties and incentives function and coordination mechanism function based on the synergy of factors was introduced; In the model algorithm, the use of genetic algorithm combined with the adaptability mechanism of the complex adaptive theory derived optimal solution, at the same time, experience parameters was amended to reflect the dynamic nature of the supply chain.The simulation results can be seen in the use of this procurement strategy optimization model, this method can play a supporting role in making procurement strategy, help to strengthen the supply chain agents' collaborative relationship, which can promote collaborative supply Chain management development.
