Study Of Coordination System Of Supply Chain Based On Complex Adaptive System

China has come into the era of knowledge economy, this era is full of competition, not only the competition between enterprises, but especially the groups, supply chain's competition, which indicate that competitions are transfer separate enterprises to supply chain's strategy.Supply chain face changes from outer environment and relations of inter enterprises; such dynamic circumstance decides unsteadiness in supply chain. Supply chain is a complex adaptive system; it needs to adjust itself and the relations with environment, so as to attain the survival and stability. Coordinating such relations decides whether it can attain the competition advantage.With the increasing competition due to market globalization, to achieve a quick response to rapidly changing customer requirements, supply chain management (SCM), a novel management mode, has been receiving more and more attention of managers, consultants and researchers. Amongst various entities and functional units along a supply chain (SC), tight activity coordination pattern is needed to achieve a global performance optimization. Effective coordination incentive mechanisms should be built to guarantee risk sharing, chain-wide rewards sharing, information sharing and convenient communications among SC members, to reduce inventory levels and lower total operational cost, thus to improve SC's competitive power and system-wide performance.Complex adaptive system is the frame of reference of research, and this dissertation build the supply chain coordinate system, and bring forward strategy layer, tactics layer and perform layer, and probe into how to realize each layer. So as to actualize the coordinate, enhance the competition power.
