Technology alliance is the competitive and cooperative method normally used by today's enterprise. This article start from the relative conception and theory of technical alliance, analyses the literatures and relative materials concerning technology alliance field, based on the foundation of transnational technology alliance, through the problem solving of organize the cross border technical alliance, this article is to provide some beneficial reference to the development of High-tech enterprise in China.Based on predecessor's research foundation of technology alliance, this article fist stated the forming motivation of technology alliance in High-tech enterprise, combined the cross boarder technology alliance theory, deeply analyzed the operation mechanism of technology alliance, provided theatrical basis to the establishing of technology alliance in domestic enterprise, then it has analyzed the current situation of our country's High-tech enterprise and the cross border technology alliance in High-tech enterprise,. It has also compared domestic enterprise's technology alliance with foreign developed countries and regions, analyzed the existing problem of domestic high-Tech enterprise when establishing transnational technology alliance. Domestic High-tech enterprise should consider the choice criteria of alliance partner when establishing the technology alliance, pay special attention to the technology obtainment by alliance cooperation, improve the technology innovation ability, set up the inner alliance's mutual trust mechanism. Strengthen the coordination and combination of alliance's inner management.
