Study On Relationship Between High-tech Enterprises Cross-border Activities And Innovation Performance

Based on the current domestic and international transboundary activities, organization and innovation performance based on the literature review of proposed new and high technology enterprise "cross-border activities-transboundary organization innovation performance" framework of theoretical analysis, on cross-border activities, transboundary organization and innovation performance analysis of the definition is defined, from the cross-border activities of the inherent characteristics and types, cross-border organization the formation mechanism, the essential connotation, operation mechanism and innovation performance evaluation mechanism has carried on the theoretical analysis, the research that the nature of cross-border activity is the process of knowledge flow, in order to gain the knowledge heterogeneity and competitive advantage, the specific types of cross-border activities, including R&D driven transformation driven cross-border activities and management driven cross-border activities. And the characteristics of knowledge flow will happen "from the enterprise to the community" of organizational change, organizational form of transboundary. The essential connotation of transboundary organization can be understood as the process reengineering, platform construction and innovation network. The efficiency of the operation mechanism and development will promote or restrict cross-border organization, this article separately from the dynamic mechanism, selection mechanism, mechanism of division of labor, the learning mechanism and the mechanism of distribution of interests such as the five major mechanism focuses on the analysis of the operation mechanism of transboundary organization. At the same time, this paper puts forward the evaluation of innovative performance is for the purpose of effective consideration after the implementation of cross-border activities, organization of each other’s value to increase, mainly concentrated in the new product innovation performance, technology innovation performance and management innovation performance.On the basis of theoretical analysis the paper constructs "cross-border activities-the transboundary organization innovation performance " framework of empirical research, to cross-border organized as moderating variables, all variables of design, puts forward the relevant hypothesis. Through a survey of high-tech enterprises in Ningbo City, this paper collects the sample data of 133 high-tech enterprises, combined with the method of combining qualitative and quantitative, through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to verify the model and hypotheses are constructed. Finally, the paper puts forward three suggestions for high-tech enterprises to obtain the competitive advantage from the transboundary organization perspective, think must attach great importance to the smooth, transboundary resources allocated by the organization attaches great importance to transboundary organization system construction of long-term and attaches great importance to cross-border organization of fusion exchange relations.
